• Responsible for all business operations of the organization including, but not limited to, advertising, schedule planning, budget balancing and community outreaching
• Organized over 10 events per year including planning, managing, leading and coordinating team members
• Hosted and managed Lunar New Year dinner, including negotiating with restaurants to cater food, coordinating with school departments to prepare rooms and gathering necessary supplies for over 80 guests
• Created and facilitated new internal tutoring program including 15 tutors to help members in CSA to improve academic performance
